All items sold directly (offline) to end-users by Terabit Systems come with a one-year hardware warranty from the original date of purchase. If, within this warranty period, a unit is found to be defective, we will provide a replacement unit at no cost or offer a credit/refund if a suitable replacement is not available. Please note that any refund credit or replacement unit cost will be limited to the original purchase price.
All items sold online to End Users, or directly to resellers are covered by a 90-day hardware warranty from the original date of purchase, unless otherwise specified on the invoice. If, within this warranty period, a unit is found to be defective, we will provide a replacement unit at no cost or offer a credit/refund if a suitable replacement is not available. However, please note that any refund credit or replacement unit cost will be limited to the original purchase price.
Upgrade to a 3-Year or 5-Year Warranty: Extend your warranty coverage to three or five years. This option is ideal for businesses seeking longer term protection and cost-efficiency. Ask your sales rep for details.
In the unlikely event a unit is found to be defective during the warranty period, contact your sales rep to get an RMA authorization number. Instructions will be given as to how and where to ship the item. Once received and tested, a replacement or credit will be sent. While extremely rare, we want the return procedure to be easy and effective. The burden is on us to make that happen, and maintaining customer satisfaction is the overriding priority in the case of an RMA.
